How much is your personal training?

Our programs range from $344-$1376 monthly however our 7 day trail costs only $247

Is this like Cross Fit?

No. While CrossFit uses many functional exercises it does so with goal of "how many, how fast, how much" often at the expense of form. For some this can be a lot of fun, but for others it can lead to injury and force the client to leave every workout feeling like they got hit by a truck. Our approach is different. We are focused on "how well" you can do something. We believe in "Quality over Quantity" always without exception. Since we understand that "Strength is a Skill" our approach leads our clients to dramatic improvements in performance and body composition without the fear of injury.

What are the workouts like?

Each client has deferent abilities and goals, however all of our programs are structured around corrective and functional resistance training. Our inside out approach allows our clients to develop 3 dimensional strength and endurance while minimizing the risk of injury. Our trainers will help you develop strength, balance, stability, power, and enhance cardio respiratory fitness all while torching calories.

What if I am not fit and haven't worked with a personal trainer before?

No problem! Many of our clients never lifted a weight before coming to us. Now they can't believe the things that they can do and the weight they can lift.

What if I have an Injury or limitation?

Our individualized approach to training allows us to help our clients navigate their own limitations and even eliminate them. Having an injury or limitation is a reason why you should train with us not a reason why you shouldn't.
